Hello from Addis Ababa, Ethiopia!
This last weekend I was honored to attend the Breakthrough 3rd anniversary in Ethiopia as we celebrated INSANE GROWTH AND ACHIEVEMENTS in YOUTH DEVELOPMENT AND JOB CREATION.
1. In 3 years the Ethiopia branch has created 21,000 jobs for young Ethiopians earning over $3,000 a month on average.
2. Company sales are over $500,000 a month and growing, just in Ethiopia.
3. We awarded 4 brand new cars to our top team leaders, each car worth $30,000 and straight from the showrooms in Ethiopia because of their hard work and amazing performance.
4. We celebrated the preparation to launch in Cameroon later this year as the first Franco-phone market.
5. We launched our new product for the market in collaboration with Yenza while hosting Jared Molko, supporting young people to select a career path based on their interests, purpose abilities, skills and knowledge with access to over 4,000 free courses for further career development.
I would like to take this time to thank the continental directors where I serve as chair of the board, the country board of directors and management and finally our Independent Business Owners and young people who have chosen to change their lives and their countries.
To 3 more years of impact, growth and change in Ethiopia and Africa! 3 more years of creating wealthy young people in Africa!
