I took the leap!

I can officially call myself an author!

Yes everyone, I finally took the leap and wrote a book. It honestly feels crazy to know that I wrote an entire book in 7 days and I will be officially published in Mid October.

This brings me to my message for the week – Just take the leap!

Jump, Leap and Take a chance, because really what do you have to lose? What is the worst thing that can happen? Not trying is the worst case scenario.

I went rock climbing yesterday, one of the many activities that I enjoy and that are part of my work-life balance endeavor in life. As I was scaling these walls like the Intermediate climber I have become, the one thing I realized was sometimes I was inches from falling but instead of scaring me, it gave me an adrenaline rush.

In life, we allow fear to paralyze us and sometimes that keeps us from the most beautiful achievements.

One day I simply woke up at 6am and started writing my book, 7 days later it was done. I felt the fear but I did it any way.

I basically used the fear as my adrenaline rush!

Now I am honored to say I have accomplished one of my greatest to-do-list items of life.

As I sent my manuscript off to the editors and the publishers one thing was clear, I have never allowed fear to stop me and I likely never will.

So today I celebrate scaling walls, taking risks and writing books!

Not a bad existence if you ask me! I hope this encourages you to remain relentless in your dreams and pursuit!

Until next time friends.
